Another round of hype around artificial intelligence technology seems to be seriously affecting the cryptocurrency exchange rate. ChatGPT, an AI-powered chatbot that has previously attracted significant investment from Microsoft, had 100 million users earlier this year. It turned out to be the fastest growing application in history.

Experts from banking holding UBS headed by Lloyd Walmsley believe that the market for generative AI can be “extremely large” and easily “pass over a trillion dollars.”

Such a boom around some technology and various speculations about it occur not for the first time. Against the backdrop of each of the bull markets in the crypto industry, the press begins to write actively how much blockchain and digital currencies will be disruptive for everyone.

At the beginning of this year, crypto assets and artificial intelligence became the catalyst for discussions about their synergy. This furor was a prerequisite for the growth in the value of domestic AI-based tokens.

Huobi CEO Justin Sun has come up with an idea for a mechanism to create an “AI-centric decentralized payment system” for ChatGPT. According to his idea, such an environment will help develop a decentralized payment system “that will be safe, secure, hack-resistant, censorship-resistant and capable of supporting AI.”

By combining artificial intelligence with the security and efficiency of the blockchain, developers will be able to reach their full potential much more. According to Sun, it is “the Tron blockchain that can provide the best infrastructure support for OpenAI, ChatGPT, and all AI developers.”

One of the fastest growing AI tokens was SingularityNET’s AGIX, taking the lead in terms of market capitalization. Its size exceeded $540 million.

The token, based on the Cardano blockchain, received a serious increase of 742%. The developers of the project present it as “the first decentralized artificial intelligence market”. And it looks like the project has the most positive prospects so far.
