US Senator Cynthia Lummis expressed concern over rising inflation. In her opinion, in order to maintain their own savings amid rising prices, people need to invest in bitcoins.

The senator is sure that the main crypto coin can no longer be stopped — the authorities will not be able to confiscate digital currencies just like that, and this is a key advantage of such assets.

“I see people in my home state of Wyoming that are going to food banks now because they need fuel to get to their jobs, and they have to choose now between high-priced gasoline and food. So when we look at inflationary things, when we see a dollar drop when we go to the grocery store and you come out with a sack of food and come out with the same price. Second, we really need to look at properties that are going to be there for the long term,” said Lummis.

She also added that in some countries with an unstable political and economic situation, the main cryptocurrency becomes a support for citizens, because of this, the authorities are trying to prevent the legalization of bitcoin.

And Inca Digital CEO Adam Zarazinsky said that his company intends to find out how cryptocurrency can affect traditional financial markets. The US authorities are concerned about the economic impact of digital assets and scenarios for their use in the context of illegal activities, such as money laundering or sanctions evasion.

“These factors not only have “widespread implications” for U.S. national security, but can also affect“ an individual’s faith in the crypto sector,” Zarazinsky said.

At the same time, the head of Inca Digital believes that the authorities should encourage crypto innovators to stay in the US.

Entrepreneur and writer Robert Kiyosaki clarified the forecast for the US dollar. He believes that the currency will collapse by January 2023 after the change in Fed policy. According to Kiyosaki, bitcoin is one of the best investments against the backdrop of higher interest rates by the regulator.
