YouTube reinstates crypto content
The platform has reinstated earlier blocked videos about cryptocurrency, citing moderation mistake. The company explained there have been no changes in YouTube policy.
“this was an error on our side during the review process — your video should be reinstated and strikes resolved. Let us know if you’re seeing otherwise!” — YouTube support replied to one of the purge’s victim.
Creators of other deleted videos also informed about reinstating. Earlier YouTube blocked some of the crypto-related content. The founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin was one of the victims.
Crypto projects received $2 billions of investment in 2019
Venture investors invented over $2 billion into crypto industry, portal Crunchbase says.
Comparing to 2018 the volume of investment dropped by 2,65 billion, however it beat the values on 2017 when $1,41billion was invested in blockchain industry.
These are some of the largest deals of 2019:
· 323 million were invested into a mobile app for stock and cryptocurrency trading Robinhood
· $200 million were invested into a Korean exchange Bithumb
· $200 million were granted to Ripple company
